  • Early Bird registration (ends October 31) - $315
  • Regular registration (November 1-15) - $335
  • Late/On-Site registration (after November 15) - $370

Special registration rates are available for...

  • NASSCED members (ends October 31) - $275
  • Groups of 5 or more who register together (ends October 31) - $295/person
  • Saturday Only* (for residents of WI, IL, IA who live within 150 miles of Madison) - $150

*Saturday only registration does NOT include the Saturday night dinner at the Barn & Harvest Moon Pond; these registrants may attend the dinner for an additional $50.


Hotel Information

The Madison Concourse Hotel is now SOLD OUT. We have arranged additional rooms through the Best Western Premier Park Hotel, which is located not far from the Madison Concourse, at which all conference activiities will take place.

The Best Western Premier Park Hotel is located at 22 South Carroll Street in the heart of downtown Madison. The additional room block is available for the nights of December 1-4, with the following nightly rates:

  • Standard Room (1 or 2 beds) - $124
  • Deluxe Room (1 or 2 beds) - $134
  • Suite - $164

Travel Information
